Hotel was clean, friendly staff and warm cookies in the lobby at check-in. Breakfast was very nice too. Location was good for getting on and off the thruway. I requested connecting rooms as we were traveling with family. This request was granted.

This was an overnight stay halfway through for us on the way home from a long road trip. We were thrilled with the comfort & the cleanliness of our rooms! The staff was very nice and breakfast was delicious!

Breakfast was lacking. B/fast assortment was poor. The 'flow' of the offering needs improvement. I found myself unable to easily find items. The coffee was not flavourful.

Great location for stopping On our trip north. Pretty lobby area. I felt safe. Good breakfast choices. The room was adequate and quiet. Check in was easy.

I traveled with my parents for a family funeral. I called and spoke to Laurinda who was very nice and accommodating. We needed an early check in to change our clothes to head to the wake and she made it happen for us. The breakfast was good, for a cold breakfast. Everything was wrapped and it was very clean. Plenty of options. Coffee was very good. My Mom left her purse at the breakfast counter and a very kind lady brought it to our room. I didn't get her name but my Mom was so grateful for her returning it. It was clean and the staff was very friendly.
